I have been a licensed massage practitioner since 1987. I have employed numereous energy techniques in my massage treatments for many years.
I experience great joy in learing and providing others with methods to achieve and maintain a sense of ease and calm in life. Balance and Wholeness is possible!
My passion is learning and incorporating into my life methods that bring relief from stress, tension, and pain and sharing them with others.
My specialty is sharing these techniques in a clear and gentle way, with humor and ease imbuing the recipient with their own sense of safety, empowerment and support in order to proceed with confidence and an increased state of calmness, relaxation, and clarity.
I am excited and encouraged everyday by experiencing and witnesssing the beneficial changes in my life and in the lives of those I come into contact with within my community and my practice.
